Making Math Marvelous
Funded Nov 1, 2021Thank you so much for making this project possible for my fantastic first grade students. We have been using the inflatable dice daily to get double digit numbers (they love throwing the dice in the air to get our number). My students love to use the pop it-we use it to count 10 more and 10 less with numbers within 100 as well as popping different number patterns. The math picture books are another favorite. The magnetic resources are up on our math talk board and makes for our math talks to flow with ease. The dry erase number line is great for helping my students add and subtract within 20.
My students and I are so grateful for your donation. We truly appreciate you helping this project to be completed!
Thank you again!”

Funded Aug 21, 2019My students are over the moon with the chapter books we have received in our classroom. When we first received the package, students eyes were glowing at the excitement. When I set up the library and they were able to choose the books, they looked as if they were choosing candy from a candy store. Students read when they are finished with their classwork and as they finish the book, they switch them. DogMan has been a really big hit! Students have been excited to exchange their books with the next one as they read them.
My students and I are so grateful for all of your donations. We truly appreciate you helping this project to be completed!

Funded Aug 6, 2019My classroom and I truly appreciate the tablets that were donated to our classroom. So far we've read books at our levels, researched things we were learning such as the Arctic, the Rainforest, sundials, and etc., and have played some learning games such as Kahoot, where we practice certain skills, such as our grammar skills, nouns, fixing sentences, adjectives, etc. Thanks to you we are able to have tablets in our classroom and be able to different styles of learning and at the child's level.
Thank you so much for completing this project! ”
