The books that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! Reading and literacy are vital in growing as a learner, and I already have such a large book selection for my second graders. However, I do not have enough books that my student population can identify with. Since my students are from various parts of the world, backgrounds, and nationalities, I want my students to see themselves and relate to the books from our classroom library. Through your donation, I will be able to grow my library into a more diverse library that my students will be able to get excited about!
