This equipment will allow my students to learn not just by lecture and problem solving, but also through hands-on experimenting...not just via procedure, but also impromptu thinking or redesigning things to be more efficient!! This material will allow my students to learn through critical thinking and allow them to think outside of the box. The weakness in the sciences right now, I believe is where the students do not think on their own. I want to be able to allow students to do so. It also is rewarding to see the achievement and happiness of the students' reactions when they become successful in their work!!

About my class
