My ninth graders will be able to utilize the basic supplies throughout the year without having to worry about running out of pencils, pens, paper, and organizers. The transition from middle to high school can be difficult, but having an abundance of supplies will help with organization. They will be able to use flashcards for studying their vocabulary. The paper and files will be used for journaling. The cart will be used to make the materials readily available. The bean bag chair will also be a great addition to the reading nook. I want my students to be comfortable in their environment which will lead to progress in the classroom.
