Many low income families have little or no access to technology. In which the understanding of technology is very limited. My project is to one to two times a week parent or guardians can spend time in my classroom exploring technology with their children not only will this enhance a better environment in my classroom, (welcoming) but build a relationship upon families and children. Hands-on experience in the community is important because it is a way of learning and understanding. Being able to have iPads, computers, screens to enrich their movement in the classroom by projecting games, would be great. Having this technology at their hands is more than helpful it is important. Together we can grow their minds. Reaching everyones learning abilities.
