These light filters will not only ease the impact of the harsh, bright light on the students eyes, they also function in lowering the sensory input from the bright lights. Students are able to focus without the light giving headaches and the constant eye strain that comes with working under florescent lighting. Instead of turning all the lights off, the filters will allow us to leave the lights on to see and work while reducing the impact from the lights. The flexible seating will allow students to be more comfortable while working independently, taking a brain break, and reading during free time.
