Thank you very much for your extremely generous donation for this project. It has been a long and challenging time for many of my students but I’ve seen and witnessed how they’ve been resilient and truly value learning. Your support will forever be appreciated and I can't thank you enough.”

  • Remote Learning Made Easy

    Funded May 20, 2020

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your contribution to this project. With your donation, I was able to get dependable tools that helped me deliver a smooth remote learning experience with my students.

The Apple laptop was very reliable in terms of material presentations and the Bose noise-canceling headphones made a huge difference as it significantly reduces and filters background noises which helped me boost my concentration and minimized distractions as I work virtually with my students.

Because of your generosity, I was able to provide a quality distance learning experience with all of my students with IEP. It truly matters to me and to all of my students. I so admire the important work that you are doing to help our students and teachers during these difficult times. Thank you again for your support.”

    With gratitude,

  • Essential Tools to Access Online Learning.

    Funded May 11, 2020

You are a blessing! Thank you for helping me make this project turn into a reality. I can't do this without your support. With your BIG help, I was able to provide my students with IEP, continued opportunity to work on their speech and language goals through the use of technologies such as iPad and printer.

The various selections of apps on the iPad helped many of my students, as they became more motivated by interacting with it more than the traditional paper and pencil activities. And since iPad offers a ton of great resources, it greatly helped my students worked on their targeted speech and language goals such as a speech articulation app for their target sound(s), interactive books for reading and comprehension, as well as apps for data collections.

The printer also allows me to print various speech and language worksheets such as homework packets and speech and language materials that I was able to send home for students to review and practice at home. These materials helped many of my students at the time we transition to distance learning as well as during the summer.

Thank you for partnering with me in an effort to help my students. Thank you again for your support.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Flores
