  • Lights! Camera! Action!

    I want to sincerely thank you for funding my project . We are going through a very difficult time right now . Remote learning as been a very stressful and overwhelming time for us teachers. The projecting camera has made my teaching more effective and productive. I can now share my second camera on zoom and my students are able to see a nice view of the activity.

    I shared the news with my students when I received the Hue projecting Camera as well as the markers and note pads. I told them that these gifts were donated by very generous people. My students are four and five years old and they were extremely happy. The cheered and said thank you . Even though they cant physically see it because of the remote learning , I did get to show them through zoom.

    My next steps is to continue to learn new strategies to make the virtual learning a beneficial one. My goal is to try to incorporate as much fun interactive technology with my students to help with their education .”

My students will use the iPad as a center during language arts. This will allow them to play phonics games that will enhance their learning by providing visuals and sounds. I will also have them to read along stories with the iPad. The visuals will provide my students comprehension skills. The Apple TV will also allow me to do whole group lessons by projecting it to the whiteboard . My students will have access to games and will learn letter names and letter sounds. Will learn through singing songs and interactive lessons. By donating to our project you will help our Tk students be more engaged using technology as a tool for learning .

About my class
