Each student will be able to store materials for social studies, science, and math in their individual book box. Students will store their book boxes on book shelves in the classroom and will take them with them as they move to other classrooms throughout the day. This will give the students ownership of their work and hold them accountable for books, papers, writing utensils, and other materials. It will provide organization and stability in routine. The students will write their names on a white piece of paper that will be placed in the clear open tab on the front of the book boxes. The book boxes will be reused for years to come, supporting my current 59 students and many future students as well!
