I can’t wait to give my students fidgets or weighted animals when they struggle throughout the day to ensure they continue their potential. I can’t wait to see their faces when they get positive behavior reports.”

All of my students are excited to come to school every day and are incredibly ready to learn. Many of them have demonstrated tremendous growth in the past few years and are making leaps and bounds towards grade level standards. The supplies in this project will help my students continue to engage in daily instruction while addressing their unique sensory, motor, and engagement needs. The weighted animals and sensory fidgets would help my students focus while in class while the Play-doh and puppets will actively engage them with topics that are relative to their life. My students crave knowledge and supporting their unique learning styles and needs will help them continue on that journey. Supporting all of their needs in a specialized setting will help them access all academic areas and demonstrate knowledge in the way that makes sense to them.
