The Quick Release Lanyards will be used by 3rd and 4th Graders to support their recorders as they learn to play. This will allow the students to focus on playing the instrument rather than holding the instrument. The Bamboo Wood Dish Racks will be used as recorder holders when the students are not using them. This will allow for sanitary drying and cleaning of the recorders. Some children will be ready for the next musical instrument step before the others. The Nuvo Clarineo, Flute, and Saxophone; as well as the Trumpet will allow those students who are ready to move on from the recorder but not yet ready for their own band instruments to receive instruction. These instruments are build for smaller hands and will allow students to be successful where they might not be if they were given traditional instruments.
