I read this novel while I was in college, and it changed me so much that I was inspired to become a teacher. I truly believe every student should read this story, and I hope that through your generosity I can give this gift of "Morrie" to them. I plan on using this book as a final project for my senior English class. What a better way to end their high school career than reading "Tuesdays with Morrie," a book that honors a teacher who made a difference? My students will read this book in their Writing Groups and respond to various prompts. They will also be doing a major project that involves interviewing and writing about a teacher who impacted their life.
