This material will be used to bring biology concepts to life in every student's hands. The genetic information and protein syntheses kits are activities which build on concepts students are learning. Students will be able to document the daily response of plants with the use of the Glo-lux spectrum tube. These types of adventures engage and aid in the understanding of how environmental factors play an important part in living things. Every student loves to write on the desk with chalk markers! Drawing abstract concepts allows every student the ability to view concepts and engage in the class. Biology is hands-on fun with student centered material. The Grow Light will allow students to watch the reactions of plant life in real day-to-day time. Seeing is believing and visual manipulative cards help. The laminator will be used preserve manipulative material for student use year after year.
