I would love my kindergarteners to have the opportunity to be engaged in meaningful reading and math learning stations which will include: a variety of phonics skills, beginning writing activities, sight words, counting, addition, and subtraction. They will be able to be actively engaged, while being able to use the small couch and soft seat pillows to help create a more comfortable learning space. Young children are naturally curious and eager learners. I'm hoping to enrich my environment by helping my students move easily around our classroom to explore a variety of learning stations. I will use the laminating pouches and computer ink to create a variety of learning stations! The Play-dough and flexible seating will help make these learning stations more engaging, meaningful and fun! I want our students to continue to be excited about coming to school to learn! They are OUR future!
