A Better Bounce
Funded Nov 6, 2019The first day the students saw the trampoline they had huge smiles on their faces and were so excited to try it! The trampoline has been a great tool to help students self-regulate their bodies while at the same time feeling the steady beat in music with their bodies.
Students take turns jumping while we play music, sing songs, or say nursery rhymes. This helps to them to release energy, calm their bodies, and self-regulate -- all while keeping the beat to music! Student have loved doing this so far. They are extremely grateful for your generous support! It has been a positive tool in helping them grow musically, emotionally, and physically.”

Puppets: The Secret to Singing Success!
Funded Nov 26, 2018The students absolutely love the puppets! The first day I brought them out to show the kids, their faces lit up and they all wanted to have a turn to sing as the puppet character. Because of the puppets, there were many more students that were willing to sing by themselves and who were excited to do so. We have some very shy kids in some of the classes, as well as kids who come from very difficult life situations, so it was neat to see the joy on their faces as they were now able to express themselves through singing -- all because of the puppets! It was so precious to see these kids handle the puppets like they are real characters - the kids are playful, imaginative, and sing much more freely. They don't worry about singing in front of people because they have this connection to the puppets, and they enter a magical world of imagination and singing freedom. We are so thankful and appreciate all you have done to to make this happen.”
