A capacity, and taste, for reading gives access to whatever has already been discovered by others. —Abraham Lincoln I want to my classroom to be a place where students are inspired to learn. Unfortunately, fluorescent lights do not do much to inspire. This harsh lighting can create a harsh environment for learning. The lights in this project will change the entire learning environment in my room. They will enable my students to relax, focus and most importantly learn. I hope the change in lighting will change the entire environment of our room. This change will hopefully give my students access to whole new world.
