  • Keep It Clean in the Classroom Amidst Covid

    Thank you so very much for supporting my classroom! My students now have a welcoming environment that is clean and inviting. My students especially love the owl diffuser with the lavender scent. Not only does it make them smile, the lavender essential oil helps them relax and cope with the stress of learning during a pandemic. I diffuse during important exams to help calm their nerves and they have told me time and time again how helpful it has been for them. Thank you for supporting my vision of a clean and welcoming environment.”

  • Building Ear-Resistable Reading Skills

    Thank you so much for your generous donation! It is because of you my students are able to listen to our reading program that is meant to advance their skills. Reading is fundamental; what they are learning will transfer over to their other classes thus helping them achieve their individual goals. Many students do not have the luxury of purchasing good quality headphones and it is unfortunate considering the fact that many of their assignments are completed online. They are very grateful because they are now able to immerse themselves in the program and use it as it is meant to be used!”

  • For the Love of Books

    Thank you so much for contributing to the love of books in my classroom. Many of the resources we are given by our district are informational texts and while this is beneficial to their learning, they cannot relate to the information presented to them. Many of the books I chose have characters that are currently in middle school. They are able to relate to the characters and are therefore more interested in reading them. This contributes to a classroom environment that is rich in reading. I have many students that have read the novels as I have allowed them to take them home. They come back telling me how much they love them and ask to borrow more. During the school day, if I have a student that is done with their work, I allow them to go to our reading nook and relax with a book of their choosing. They enjoy this and it motivates them to complete their work. Thank you so much for making this possible!”
