My students don't like to read or don't read well. Reading is the key to success. I want to help them to become fluent readers and literate citizens in our community. I want to use the Amazon Fire Tablet to encourage and to increase their reading fluency. Since we live in a digital age, I thought it would peak their interest more to read with an Amazon Fire Tablet. I tell my students that they must explore different genres to be able to become a well rounded individual. This technology will allow our students to come in contact with all genres, increase their literacy skills, and also experience technology on a daily basis.

About my class
