My school is primarily made up of low income Hispanic students. They are so well behaved and respectful. They often ask to borrow dictionaries to take home because they do not own their own. Not one dictionary in the whole house. Many do not have their own dictionaries at home to help with their homework. One student told me she uses her mom's phone to look words up for their meaning. It would help them so much to be able to look up words in a dictionary and see all the words that are available to them.
