Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity! We could not have a successful classroom without a library and you made that possible! My first graders love their books and their library. All of my kiddies were beyond ecstatic to know that so many people took a part in helping them have brand new books for the school year and for caring so much about their learning! My students are reading everyday at any chance they get. Every single one of my kids has shown such gratitude for books and it would not be without our library.”

A literacy rich environment will make a huge difference in my students' learning. These books will be the first books that I include in my classroom library! Having a classroom library is imperative for any successful classroom. As a first year teacher, I need many things for my students, books being a huge necessity. Reading is one of the most fundamental parts of learning. Providing my students with a literacy rich background will enable them to thrive in other curriculum areas by using the strategies and skills learned and applied during reading. A range of reading levels are necessary for my students due to each of my student's unique academic needs.
