Re-Laying the Foundation for our Youth
Funded Feb 8, 2023Thank you for your valuable donations. These items helped my students go from 2 out of 26 sounds to knowing 26 out of 26 sounds. Students grew with identifying names, numbers, cvc words, being able to rhyme and even able to identify and provide alliteration for any given letter. My students have grown from learning letters and numbers to being able to write them and understand how to communicate through writing and language. It has been an amazing and fruitful school year thanks to you choosing to support! You are greatly appreciated!”

Everyone learns differently and I have been working on addressing all those ways with my students but some where missing out due to a shortage in technology. Thank you for supporting and providing this much needed tool for my students. We appreciate you!”

Fix Today For a Better Tomorrow!
Funded Nov 15, 2018Thank you for supporting our class, it has a huge impact on the kids! Their favorite of all were the pencil pouches which they are able to take home for the summer with new pencils and sharpeners. The students also enjoyed the magnetic ten frame boards. The kids were so surprised and excited when they saw the boxes of supplies arrive! These came in handy for our adding, subtracting, comparing, and more. The students were able to grasp the concepts better because the dots were 2 colored, they could hold the boards up during class participation, they could work with a teammate, it was a challenge but a fun one. All of the resources you provided helped my students in all the different ways we learn and helped make our learning experience fun. Even the step stool was a blessing because some of my kids were shorter than others and were having a hard time simply reaching to sink to wash their hands. You don't realize how important the little things are, and how they impact our day and how we feel about learning and school. Overall it felt good to know that we had support from others who want to see us succeed and helped us to reach that goal. I can proudly say 95% of my students are going to the first grade able to read, write, and count up to 100 and much more. Thank You so much and hopefully we can have more experiences like this in the future.”
