• Ice, Ice, Baby!

  I want to start by saying Thank you so much! You will never truly know how much your donations mean to me and my students. When you donate it allows me to implement and include things I may not always be able to afford. It brings learning to life in class and encourages engagement during lessons.

  This new ice machine for our classroom has totally changed the atmosphere. As one of my students said, "This is a vibe". We now have a water and ice station with lots of different flavor packets for them to choose from. We can pair it with classroom snacks to ensure everyone has brain fuel and is ready to flourish!

  These new decorations for our classroom have totally changed the atmosphere. As one of my students said, "This is a vibe". We have now entered into our cozy era of learning and my students could not be happier.

• Bridging Gaps

The resources you have made available to my students have made a tremendous impact on their engagement, their learning, and their understanding of self. As the small group sets of graphic novels have been coming in and students have been able to open the packages they have been ecstatic to see the books. They are eager to read about the topics in morning meetings and discuss the books. In addition, they are excited to see more inclusive books added to our classroom library. These books have been such a blessing for both me and my students, I cannot thank you enough.

• This Is CRAZY but, READ Me Maybe!

  Thank you so much for donating to our classroom. Because of your donations, we have been able to use many of our books this month to celebrate Black History Month and talk about different text structures. My students have been able to read a diverse group of books while reading about the people who heavily impacted their present life. They have learned how to apply different reading strategies by identifying the text structure of these books in small groups. They then were able to write summaries on how these characters impacted their lives personally. Thank you so much for always supporting the future of our classroom. We are forever grateful.”
