The requested resources will provided endless opportunity for my students. Due to COVID we are utilizing more technology in the classroom, which is awesome!!! Unfortunately, we don't have adequate headphones to use with our Chromebooks. Headphones will really help to decrease the distractions that come when 28 students are trying to engage in their online programs. I have also requested whiteboards and letters for word building. This year I am trying to meet the students where they are at. I teach the English side of a 1st grade DLI class, which gives me a total of 56 students! Many of the students have been impacted due to COVID and are struggling readers. The word building boards and letters will increase my ability to provide additional hands on interventions.
