These items will ensure that our students have the hands on tools that they need to be successful with virtual learning. We will be online for the 1st 9 weeks of the school year. The students will be able to use these tools, at home, during our virtual class sessions and for individual practice. By sending the tools to their home, we will be able to give each student a hands on experience, as if they were present in the classroom. The students will get both Language Arts and Math tools to use at home. We will be using the card-stock and laminating pouches to provide each student with ABC letter cards, ABC letter tiles, rhyming games, sight word cards, number cards, number lines and ten frames. Each student will receive individual sets of counters, dice and linking cubes for hands on math fun. Kindergarten is a very hands on experience and we want to be able to give our students the best, during this uncertain time. Creating at home learning kits, will ensure that ALL of our amazing students have access to the same materials to master skills. When we return to school, the book boxes will be used to keep each student's Literacy Center materials in an organized and clean space. By donating to this project, you will be helping 3 Kindergarten classes.
