I will use these materials so that students can get out from behind the confinement of a desk. Students are expected to sit behind a desk 7 hours a day, and I want to change that. I want students moving, diving into their work, and collaborating with each other. The best learning happens when students are engaged and excited about the process. In the photo that I attached to my project, students are working together to solve a problem and escape the “grammar challenge”. The flexible seating arrangement that I requested, would allow my students to work in a comfortable, creative, supportive classroom.
