As young students, they learn the most through exploration. These items have allowed them to explore many things such as: life cycles, the human body, and animal skeletons. My students have a need to grow and develop socially, physically and cognitively using manipulates in the classroom. The giant alphabet beads, magnetic letters kit and word building blocks will allow them to strengthen the fine motor skills through play, while learning letter recognition, word patterns and writing. Waffle builders, dominoes, star builders and Magna-Tiles offer them the opportunity to develop critical thinking skills and mathematical skills such as counting, shapes, patterns, and sequence. With your donation, you will give my students the opportunity to continue growing and help build the foundation for them to succeed in their early stages of development.

About my class
