As a result of your generous donation, our classroom will receive a classroom rug with enough spaces to accommodate up to 30 students. Carpet seating is used frequently throughout the school day for whole-group instruction. Whether huddled together enjoying a good story, engaged in math explorations with partners and math tools, or deep in class discussion, carpet time allows me the opportunity to support students in real time. As a result of many spills and accidents over the years, our current rug is over worn, stained, and faded. A new rug would provide us with a clean, comfortable space for all students to learn interactively time and time again. Please join me in bringing color and comfort to my students' education! As I have found time and time again, their heartfelt "thank yous" will fill your hearts with joy!
