• Supplies and Books for Successful Learning!

  Thank you very much for your generous contribution to my classroom! We love new books! The phonics books are helping students learn new phonics rules in a fun way. These rules help them spell and read.

  The books about emotions are helpful for students to think about different feelings. They spark meaningful conversations that help students learn to manage their emotions. It is helpful for all students!

  We really appreciate the expo markers and wipe-off sleeves. We use them on a daily basis, doing phonics practice and working in groups on challenging math problems. It is helpful for students to easily erase and retry the problems. We also are saving paper!

• Supplies for Super Students!

  Thank you so much for supporting my classroom. My students are so happy with our new materials. They love showing their learning by working together on large chart paper.

  They also love to see their work all organized in the folders. It shows them how they are improving from the beginning of the year. They have phonics folders, writing folders, and folders to chart their computer lessons.

  They were also so excited for new Play-Doh!

  They make words with it. They created animals and put them in different habitats. And they used it for a STEM challenge to make different shapes with the Play-Doh and popsicle sticks.”

• Beautiful Books About the Earth

  Thank you very much for supporting our classroom! We loved reading the new books! We used many of them to gain background knowledge before our seed dispersal unit during a STEM week. The books helped us learn about different ways that seeds are spread. We then created models of seed dispersers. We had so much fun learning about how seeds are dispersed and about the importance of trees and nature in our world.

  We also brought the books to a kindergarten classroom and read to them. We had fun teaching the kindergarteners about nature in our world!

• Comfort, Creativity, and Calming Books

  Thank you again for supporting my classroom! My students love the incentive jar and have already earned an extra recess on our special playground. It's a great, easy way to encourage kindness in the classroom and at school!

  They also loved using the modeling clay for a landform project. They learned about different landforms and then built them with clay. Then they painted and labeled them using more art materials. It was a great hands on experience that resulted in excellent learning.

  I am also grateful for clipboards that allow us to take our learning all over the room and outdoors. Mahalo again!”

• Calm Kids Learn!

  Thank you very much for supporting my classroom! I am so appreciative for the donations. My students were so excited for the classroom set of headphones. They love the different colors and I love that they can focus without the noise distractions around them. It is helpful for successful learning.

  I also love all of the new items for the calm corner in my classroom. We now have a comfortable, safe place for students to go when they need to refocus. It is a place where they love to work and I love knowing that students have what they need to help them when their are going through different feelings.

• Magic Carpet Ride!

  Thank you so much for your support! My students were so excited to see the new cozy area of our room with the new carpet. We use this area for reading, using the computer, and just for some relaxation or calm down time.

  Students want to be in this area of the room and are learning how to take turns spending time in this new area. Having a special place to learn encourages them to focus on their work and do their best.

  I love walking into my room in the morning and seeing how cozy and cheerful it looks with the new carpet. It is a happy place for learning!”

• Working Together!

  Thank you so much for your support. My new rainbow table is amazing! I love have a dedicated space for students to come work with me. And they love it too! Students are always asking to come work with me. I love that!

  I am also so grateful for the extra supplies. Construction paper has been used for STEM projects, which involves teamwork and discussion. We also use construction paper and paint for Social Emotional Learning lessons, involving books and activities that focus on kindness or self awareness.

• Creative Minds!

  Thank you for your amazing support. I got so many materials to make learning engaging in my classroom. I was able to make lots of learning centers with the colorful card stock. My students love working together in groups and the centers make it fun! As we go through the year, bringing out new markers and highlighters can also help get students excited to learn.

  My students also love the STEM supplies. I love seeing them use their imaginations and creativity in their learning. Giving them a fun challenge can start some great conversations, which helps them collaborate and work together.
