I teach sixth grade reading intervention. My project with these leveled books would allow me to conduct small groups, beginning at their present academic reading level. Through the use of leveled materials, students would be successful at their level, with graduated use of higher levels. When I moved to Arizona from Nebraska, I realized how few resources there are for teachers as compared to my previous teaching in Omaha. I used a similar program that achieved great results. The resources are greatly needed and invaluable to increasing reading scores, however I cannot purchase them myself. Please help me to help my students read at their appropriate grade level in reading.
