Books Make Your Imagination Sparkle

We can't thank you enough for your generous donation to our donors choose project. We started a new curriculum this year and our library needed lots more non-fiction books to support this. We come from a district where our budgets for our classroom is very limited. With your donation, we were able to add many books to our collection of weather books, which is what we specifically needed. We enjoyed these books so much. Extreme weather was a really exciting topic to study because there are so many types to chose from that it gave my students a choice on what exactly they wanted to study. We used these new books to study nonfiction text features and use them again in our writing to gather information for our essays on extreme weather. Again, we cannot thank you enough for taking the time and money to donate to our classroom. This shows us how much you value education and reading.”
