Having available technology in my classroom at all times allows for more flexibility and assistance for my students and their assignments. Since many students may not have access to technology at home, I would need to give my students access in our classroom without check-out conflicts with other teachers. Students will be able to use these tablets to practice typing out essays for their state testing, and they will be able to complete other assignments and quizzes online. Online assignments and quizzes will not only help with grading, but it will help me monitor their gains through accessible data. An example of data drive sites I enjoy using are NoRedInk and Nearpod. Having accessible technology is also beneficial for students who receive specific accommodations that can be provided through audio or enhanced visuals.
