We will have students engaging in rowing to improve their muscular fitness and cardiovascular endurance training. We are constantly utilizing our fitness weight room for circuit and cardiovascular training. Students feel welcome when they can go into our fitness weight room before school, after school, and during lunchtime. We have students from all sorts of demographics that come to workout where they can feel accepted in a professional environment. These specific rower machines have incredible benefits and are great for students with lower body extremity injuries. We also have faculty that access our machines for stress relief.
