This project will provide nonfiction materials on coding and programming to increase students' 21st century skills! These books will be featured as part of library lessons and available for checkout throughout the year. Using these books, students will learn coding, app development, and various programming languages in kid-friendly texts so that they can create their own multimedia designed sites and apps. These books are practical and timely additions to our existing elementary school library. This is an update to our existing nonfiction catalog, which does not include these subject areas that are so vital to education in this technology-fueled age.
