I teach a STEM specials class to all the students grades 1-6 at an elementary school. As part of our curriculum we develop logic skills by playing logic games from ThinkFun!. Last year we were able to get some games and the kids loved playing each one. This year I would love to incorporate 4 new logic games from ThinkFun for the students to try. Because they are used by large classes, I also need multiple copies of each game so multiple groups can be playing the same game at once. Besides logic games, the other supplies I am hoping to get through DonorsChoose are multimeters and wooden dominoes. The multimeters will be used when we learn about electricity. Last year we created electricity using potatoes. This year we will be experimenting more with other foods and processes and we need multimeters to test our voltage and amperage. The wooden dominos will be used in domino building challenges and in chain reaction machines that the students build.
