• Math Resources for Academic Growth!

  I want to say thank you again for providing math resources for my students. The students are having wonderful learning experiences using the resources that you generously provided by your donations.

  The students did enjoy using the jumbo playing cards while playing various addition and subtraction fact games. The students need to have a solid understanding of those facts in order to be successful in understanding the concepts of multiplication and division.

  The 10 frame snap counters were also beneficial for the students in order to understand the relationship between addition and subtraction.

  The Bingo games were used as a quick quiz to determine if the class has a good understanding of basic math facts.

  In closing, I want to say thank you for helping me help my students understand the importance of having basic number sense.I appreciate you all very much.”

  I want to say once again thank you for supporting my students by making this project a reality for my classroom. My students really enjoyed exploring diverse ways to use the STEM(Science Technology Engineering, and Mathematics) resources as it led them to become more creative thinkers.

  The viewfinders that were a part of this project allowed the students to have a better understanding of the universe as well as the place in the it too.

  The magnetic/engineering sets allow the students to think critically in trying to solve complex problems that they are learning during STEM classes at school.

The students that I teach currently are very creative individuals. The Legos as well as the materials that were a part of this project allowed the students to create 3D renderings of objects such as buildings(As illustrated in one of the pictures) as well as creating various story book charaacters.
