Learning is such a different experience for every student so the seating of a classroom should be different as well. Flexible seating will give my students an opportunity to find what work space works best for them and give them a chance to have more input in the way they learn daily in the classroom. First graders have a lot of wiggles and when they can move about and find a seat that is fitting to their needs for the day they will feel more in control of their learning. The products I have selected will give my students a variety of seating options to help motivate their learning. The wobble stools will give students an opportunity to move around at their work area while in their seats. The cushions and pillow will allow those students who prefer to work on the floor to sit comfortably with a lap desk or at a low table. I myself work better when I can work comfortable and I am positive this flexible seating will greatly benefit my students learning.
