These materials will help me by getting me the basic supplies I need for my classroom. This will of course help my students because an organized classroom is vital to keeping everyone on task. The bookcase will help my students have a dedicated area for the books we use on a weekly basis, and keep them in good shape for many years. As a new educator, supplies like these can be financially burdensome and make teaching even more difficult. Something as simple as file folders can be expensive, but are necessary for organization. A good desk chair is necessary to replace the old chair I currently have that creaks anytime someone sits in it. This is also one of those basic necessities that helps the hours spent grading at my desk go by just a little faster. Basic supplies are just as important as other items a teacher might need!
