Students have time during the week to explore and create, based upon their interests and skills. We call these times "Genius Hours." This time encourages collaboration and creativity. 21st Century Skills are emphasized at our school, and we continually look for engaging ways to encourage children to develop these skills. These items will encourage skills listed, as well as language skills ~ important for my English Learning students. Additionally, many of the items chosen are made from natural products. I believe this is important in a world full of plastics. They are durable and beautiful. Thank you for supporting my project
