Flexible seating is a way to let my students know they have a choice in where they sit and what they sit on! They are the experts on what will be comfortable for them. From movable cushion seats to stools and soft cushion seats, I want to provide all of my students with the opportunity to make themselves comfortable so that learning is the focus in my classroom. We need stools and floor cushions to expand the flexible seating options in our room. If students are comfortable, then working will commence and the product will be great! This type of seating can also be easily moved for collaboration with a partner or a group. This help students with their social skills as well as academics! I can't wait to see their faces when they get to try all the different flexible seating options.
