I can hardly express how much I appreciate your generosity and kindness. Access to TPT resources will help lessons stick for my students. My student’s learning and my teaching practice are greatly enriched because of people like you. Thank you.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Johnson

This course will help me to strengthen my teaching practice through deep study of philosophy, trauma-informed pedagogy, community building, accessible learning and equitable instructional practices. I will bring skills and strategies directly into my classroom by integrating strategies into planning and instruction. I also hope offer yoga classes to colleagues and to students as health and safety protocols relax with increased vaccination rates. . It is important for both students and educators to have multiple self-care strategies in our toolboxes as we continue to learn and teach and live through the COVID-19 pandemic. Life has been a incredibly challenging for all of us since March 2020. Society is determined to get back to the way things used to be, but I want things to be better than they used to be. When an individual has peace within, they show up peacefully in their interactions and relationships with others. Imagine a world where children have been taught how to center and ground themselves. The ripples could truly change the world.
