Help support Ms. Barrera's Classroom

As a novice teacher, many of the resources I use within my classroom have been inherited, recycled and reused. Many of my resources are worn, broken or unusable. My classroom needs these tools to help maintain an orderly and clean classroom. I believe that an unorganized classroom is a device for distraction and unproductive work. That is why I ask for your support to help organize my classroom in a way that is conducive for learning. As a teacher, I am always looking for ways for my students to be independent and successful throughout the day. This student organizer will help foster student independence and organization. In my classroom, my co-teacher and I parallel teach all academic subjects each day, this allows for our students with and without disabilities to work in smaller groups. We each use an easel to help enhance lessons to write words, stories, solve math problems etc. However, the easels we use are worn. We would appreciate easels to use for small group and whole group lessons. Thank you for your consideration in funding my project. My students and I cannot thank.
