  • The Soldier That Wagged Her Tail: Class Set

    Thank you SO much for your generous donation. Your kindness allowed us to give our fifth grade students their own individual copy of The Soldier That Wagged Her Tail. We read the book with our students throughout the year. The story was inspiring and engaging. Our students fell in love with the book instantly. On the last day of school, we wrote a note inside each book and surprised our students with their own copy. It is because of you that we were able to give our students their own copy of this incredible book; a gift that can inspire them and a memory that they can cherish forever. I teach reading and writing. I find it extremely helpful to project a story or a piece of writing on the SmartBoard. By using the Elmo I can interact with students better. I can demonstrate how to annotate an article, how to revise and edit a writing piece, engage students with presentations, interactive games, video content and group activities. I believe that this projector will keep the students engaged and interested in the lesson. It will hepl them stay focused on the material. The donations to this project will allow my students to learn more effectively. I truely need your support to make this happen.
