My students often require intervention strategies to help manage their undesired behavior. Having Zenergy Balls to sit on, stools that teeter, tents for concentration, or vibrating pillows, can help students stay focused and be academically successful. This approach allows students to be active and use their tactile and kinesthetic senses. Helping my students, while addressing their individual sensory needs, allows me to reach more students and improve their academic learning. My 4th and 5th grade blended classroom focuses on student interventions for academic success. Allowing my students to access these materials will assist them in focusing and being "The BEST that they can BE!" <-- Our Class MOTTO! My objective is to expose students to various sensory stimuli which will allow them to learn in an environment that meets their individual learning styles and needs.
