Thank you for your generous gift. We are thrilled to have your support. Through your donation, my class has been provided with cleaner air. Ever since we received and set up the air purifier, the students in my classroom have been absent a lot less. This donation has also given my students the opportunity to develop gratitude. They are aware that the air purifier comes from people who want to help us. Our students are recognizing the importance of being gracious and thankful. You truly make the difference for us, and we are extremely grateful!”

This classroom project was brought to life by The Allstate Foundation and 6 other donors.

First grade needs a lot of modeling. A document camera will help enhance the modeling. It helps to enlarge text for students with vision impairments. Students will also be able to share their own work with classmates. An iPad will help my students to be more tech savvy. It will provide many of the students with their first opportunity to use such technology. There are many apps that provide students the ability to create and upload videos, study sight words, and read. There are endless possibilities with an iPad. The writing tablets are a big help in saving paper. But that is not all. They are great for creative expression! Students will be able to practice their handwriting, spell sight words, and solve math problems.
