As a science teacher I teach my students laboratory safety procedure and expect them to carry these procedures out in every experiment they conduct. One of the most important pieces of safety equipment are goggles in the lab. While we have goggles we don't have a proper way of sanitizing them after each experiment. We have been cleaning goggles by hand for several years, while this is time consuming and better than not cleaning them, a better and more standardized approach would be to have a goggle sanitizer in the lab. This item would allow goggles to be sanitized between classes and be ready for the next class.
