Supplies for Spectacular Seamstresses

I wish you could have been here to see the excitement of my students as they unpacked the boxes of 'goodies' from Donor Choose. We can not thank you enough for your generous gift that made the purchase of these supplies possible. My students were already enthusiastic about learning to sew, but the new materials just intensified their interest.

Since some of our purchases were equipment like scissors, seam gauges, and seam rippers you will be happy to know your gifts will be used everyday. Good tools make sewing so much easier, which encourages the students to learn.

With all of the budget cuts our schools are facing, teachers depend on assistance like this to make ends meet. Again, we are so appreciative of your thoughtfulness and interest in public education.”
