  • Daily Reading Practice

    Thank you for your kind generosity. My students love the books! They love to sit in a group or by themselves and read. The sound of their sweet voices reading fills the air. After reading, they like to compare with other students on how many books they read. I have some students that love cats! When they see a cat in the book, they have the biggest smile on their faces. The books have so many different topics in them-from science to social studies to math. This daily reading practice will polish our skills as we get ready for third grade.

    Your donation has enabled my students to read at their level every single day. The sound of their voices enjoying the words and pictures fills our room daily. They can not wait to read to themselves, a partner or a group. Because of your generosity, the most fluent reader all the way down to the most beginning reader has a number of books to choose from each day.
