Thank you for your donation towards our new basketball hoops. The hoops were overdue to be replaced and your generous donations have allowed us to do so. We have received the hoops and they should be installed and ready for use in the near future. I cannot thank you enough for your donations. These hoops will not only be utilized by our students but by the community as well. When I told the students we would be getting new basketball hoops at some point in the near future they were very excited. Thank you again!”

This classroom project was brought to life by Wing 2 Wing Foundation and 5 other donors.

The basketballs that we currently have are old and worn out. They do not hold air very well and are constantly having to be pumped up. These new basketballs would provide an opportunity for our students to have a better experience when learning basketball skills. It is also difficult to do team activities in class because we don't have any scrimmage jerseys and by getting these jerseys it would allow us to do more team activities. For a lot of our students, physical education class is the only opportunity to move around and learn different sports skills. I want to provide the best opportunity possible for them to have a positive experience and introduce them to sports and skills they otherwise wouldn't have a chance to be introduced to.
