I feel that getting tablets would be a great literacy and math enhancer for all my students. Having the additional tablets in my classroom would be very beneficial to my students. This would provide my students an opportunity to learn and practice skills in a interactive and engaging environment. I would load apps onto the tablets that focus on skills and standards being taught throughout the school year. The tablets would promote self-direct learning and provide the additional support for struggling learners. Having virtual lessons would provide individualize instruction for all my students. Technology is a powerful tool for our students, it opens up new opportunities for learning.
