Students learn best when they are engaged and challenged. Incorporating technology into the classroom is a great way to ensure that the students continue to be excited about what they are learning. The Fire tablets will be used to help differentiate instruction, incorporate technology into the classroom and open up communication between the school and families. During our blended learning time the tablets will be used for programs such as ST Math, Study Island, AR and i-Ready. The problem right now is that we do not have enough devices and everyone must share. This means that not every student will have the opportunity to work on these programs when needed. My goal is to eventually get to a 1:1 student to tablet ratio and by funding this project you will get us so much closer to that goal!
